- Shipping & Delivery
- We typically ship in stock items within 24 hours of receiving orders.
- We typically ship via Canada Post, although we may also use UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
- Privacy & Security
- We use state of the art encryption in our payment gateway, and retain no sensitive information, so transactions with Audio Video Unleashed are extremely secure.
- Our privacy policy is very simple — we never give customer’s personal information to anyone, ever, for any reason.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns require prior written authorization, and must be shipped within 35 days of the date of purchase.
- All items returned must be in original "new" condition. Pura Vida cables must have the original matching/warranty tag attached as delivered.
- Any faulty or damaged products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement. Prior written authorization is required for all returns.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment can be made by Paypal when ordering online. We also accept personal checks (they must clear before your order can be sent), money orders, and cashier’s checks by prior arrangement.
- Promotions are only valid during the specified dates. We reserve the right to end promotions prior to the specified ending date.
